Eva is a leader in healthcare information technology solutions that seek to place the patient at the center of healthcare. We believe that the patient’s story is the most valuable and most underused asset in healthcare today. Eva desires to help patients tell their stories and for doctors to have a deeper understanding of their stories.
Eva is based in the United States. You can find information on how to contact us below in Section 14, and you can find a listing of our office locations here. Throughout this Privacy Statement, “Eva” refers to Eva, LLC, including its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (also referred to as “we” and “us”). Many of the services which Eva provides to its clients are provided as a processor, which means that the client remains primarily responsible for your information.
